my wife and I are 3 months behind on our mortage. He had high credit card debt. In Oct 2008 we contacted CareOne and elimnated all our credit cards. We have been trying to work with Wells Fargo since April to help lower our mortage payments and both times we were denied a modification and sent a Temporary Forbearance Agreement raising our payment $140. If we are having trouble making our first payment how can they expect us to make this new payment
